Change Your Eating Habits
A balanced diet is crucial to healthy eating. Often weight gain and retention are caused by unhealthy eating habits. The nutrition tips may help you slowly change your eating habits. Diets often fail because they tend to be rigid and difficult to follow, particularly over time. For some the best approach may be to chip away at poor eating habits and replace them with healthier ones over time. This helps encourage the retention of new healthier habits.

You see something tasty and next thing you know it's in your mouth. You weren't even hungry, you just couldn't resist. Does that sound like familiar? Over the course of the day casual snacking or grazing can add a lot of additional calories that can lead to pounds over the course of a year.


            Tips:

·         Just say no, remind yourself of your goals
·         Always put food away, Keep it somewhere that is not visible
·         Do not keep food in the den or living room (no candy bowls)
·         Do not purchase food that you know will tempt you
·         Do not go in to the kitchen unless necessary, i.e. cleaning or cooking
·         Of you must have something have a glass of water or chew on some sugar free gum.
